This is Jô, he's a roasted coffee bean, I'd say light to medium roast lol. Jô is Jô Coffees mascot and our Educational and Marketing Guru. Look for Jô in the coming months giving you all the ins and outs of coffee.

From seed to green cherries on the vine to red and yellow cherries ready for picking! Jô will explain why coffee has gotten so expensive and why in, Jô Coffees opinion, it will only get more expensive as the years go forward. Jô will even explain the roasting process and how that bean finally makes its way into your cup.

Jô will be 1st scouring the Brazilian mountainous countryside in search of the perfect bean for your american palette. In years to come the plan is for Jô to roam the world's coffee regions. Looking for that farmer who goes way above and beyond in the care of his coffee farm.

Jô is all about quality, but he insists that the farmer be paid at least 50% more than the market price! Who am I to argue with Jô? After all he did do all the work. lol It did take him 10-11 months to grow, then another 1-2 to process.

Then he was put on a container ship or on a plane and shipped here. So what Jô says Jô gets!

So look forward to maybe Mexican Jô, Columbian Jô, African Jô? Or maybe even Indonesian Jô!
